1. General Provisions and Acceptance These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("The Customer") and Cheap eSIM LLC. By accessing our website, mobile application, or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Cheap eSIM LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Nature and Description of Service Cheap eSIM LLC provides prepaid eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module) data plans for international roaming purposes. The Service is strictly for data consumption and does not support traditional voice calls or SMS (Short Message Service) unless explicitly stated in the product description. The Service relies on third-party local network operators; therefore, Cheap eSIM LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific network speeds (4G/5G), or coverage in every location.

3. Device Compatibility and Network Locking It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Customer to ensure that their device is technically compatible with eSIM technology and is not locked to any specific carrier ("Network Unlocked") prior to purchase. Cheap eSIM LLC provides a compatibility list for informational purposes only; this list is not exhaustive. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

4. User Account and Registration To access certain features, the Customer may be required to register an account with Cheap eSIM LLC. The Customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Order Processing and Payment Terms All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website (e.g., USD, EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Cheap eSIM LLC accepts payments via major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other specified gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount immediately. Orders are subject to fraud checks; Cheap eSIM LLC reserves the right to cancel suspicious transactions.

6. Delivery of Service Upon successful payment, the eSIM activation details (QR code and installation instructions) will be delivered immediately to the email address provided by the Customer during checkout. Cheap eSIM LLC is not responsible for delays caused by email filters (spam/junk folders) or incorrect email addresses provided by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that they have received the confirmation email.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds are available only if the eSIM has not been installed and has not been used/activated on any device. Once the eSIM is installed or data usage has commenced, the product is considered "consumed" and is non-refundable. If the Service fails due to a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved by our support team, a full or partial refund may be issued. No refunds will be granted for user errors, such as purchasing the wrong plan, device incompatibility, or locked devices.

8. Activation and Validity Period The validity period of the data package (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) typically begins upon the first connection to the supported network in the destination country, unless specified otherwise in the product details. The eSIM must be activated within a specific timeframe from the purchase date (usually 90 days). Unused data does not roll over, and the service will automatically terminate once the validity period expires or data allowance is exhausted.

9. Limitation of Liability Cheap eSIM LLC acts solely as a reseller and shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. We are not responsible for service interruptions, poor signal quality, or speed reductions caused by the local network operators. The total liability of Cheap eSIM LLC for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product.

10. Privacy and Data Protection Cheap eSIM LLC is committed to protecting your personal data. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary data to facilitate the purchase, delivery, and support of the eSIM service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
