Will I have internet coverage in the Dasht-e Lut desert of Iran with eSIMFlyer?

Updated April 22, 2026

While eSIMFlyer offers excellent coverage in populated areas, connectivity in the vast and remote Dasht-e Lut desert is understandably limited. You'll likely maintain a signal along the main access roads, particularly closer to cities like Kerman. However, venturing deep into the iconic kaluts (yardangs) or the heart of the dunes will typically result in no service. We recommend downloading offline maps and essential information before exploring these truly off-grid landscapes.
